ALUMINIZED APRONS FOR HEAT PROTECTION AND MOBILITY Share Newtex’s aluminized aprons reflect up to 95% of radiant energy while protecting from sparks and molten metal splash. These bib-style heat resistant aprons are specifically engineered to maximize mobility and ease of use while maximizing safety and heat protection. The X10 Aluminized Apron offers a single-layer of lightweight heat protection. The X10 Apron is available in Aluminized Rayon for a more economical option or Aluminized Oxidized PAN (O-PAN) for additional comfort and insulation. The aluminized surface is not recommended for direct contact with temperatures above 350°F (175°C).
