• Light – Level 01 resistance: As the Level 01/“01” tube, this Pink variant offers the lowest resistance in the series, ideal for users who need gentler load.

• Heavy – Level 03 resistance (blue) — greater force needed to stretch, suitable for intermediate to stronger users
